To apply to volunteer with Simple Acts ministry, please fill out a Volunteer Application Form.

In addition, to become a mentor, you must be an approved volunteer for TDCJ. An application to become a TDCJ volunteer can be found at:

Volunteers must attend security training provided by TDCJ. After submitting your application form, you will receive a letter informing you of the training location.
